has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006347701, WKN: 634770, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of the
Voting Rights on July 09, 2009 and on that day amounted to 12.28% (this
corresponds to 736645 Voting Rights).
