us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005079909, WKN: 507990, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 09, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.97% (this
corresponds to 149000 Voting Rights).
