us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005079909, WKN: 507990, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 26, 2008 and on that day amounted to 3.15% (this
corresponds to 94369 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.15% of
