Changes to the Executive Board of InCity Immobilien AG

• Klaus Prokop resigns

Cologne, 31 March 2011 - InCity Immobilien AG hereby announces that the
Executive Board member Klaus Prokop has resigned from the Executive Board
of InCity Immobilien AG with effect from 31 March 2011.

In future, the Management Board will consist of Jürgen Oppelt, CEO, and
Heiko C. Frantzen, CFO.
