As a multidisciplinary real estate company, the InCity Group is active in building up and increasing the value of real estate portfolios, in asset management and in project development.

For our portfolio, we focus on the real estate markets of the two metropolitan areas of Berlin and Frankfurt am Main and pursue a sustainable strategy in our investments. The decisive factors are the respective location and property quality as well as long-term value stability.

Accordingly, our portfolio consists of high-quality core properties in Berlin with stable values as well as properties in sustainably attractive locations in Frankfurt between EUR 5 million and EUR 50 million.

In addition, we take on comprehensive and individually designed asset management mandates, adapted to the respective property or portfolio.
