1. On May 20, 2011, Artus Capital GmbH & Co. KGaA, Kulmbach, Deutschland
   has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
   shares its Voting Rights on WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded
   the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 02, 2010 and on that
   day amounted to 6.25% (this corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights).

2. On May 20, 2011, BF Holding GmbH, Kulmbach, Deutschland has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
   Rights on WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
   threshold of the Voting Rights on July 02, 2010 and on that day amounted to
   6.25% (this corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights).
   According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.25% of
   the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights) is to be
   attributed to the company via Artus Capital GmbH & Co. KGaA, Kulmbach.

3. On May 20, 2011, Mr Bernd Förtsch, Deutschland has informed us according
   to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
   WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of
   the Voting Rights on July 02, 2010 and on that day amounted to 6.25% (this
   corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights).
   According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.25% of
   the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights) is to be
   attributed to Mr Förtsch via Artus Capital GmbH & Co. KGaA, Kulmbach and BF
   Holding GmbH, Kulmbach.
