Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on WIGE
MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 30, 2010 and on that day amounted to 8.33% (this
corresponds to 333333 Voting Rights).
