Klaus Kohlhuber (39) will succeed Günther Ofner as member of the Management
Board of the listed company Burgenland Holding AG as decided in yesterday's
meeting of the Supervisory Board.

Klaus Kohlhuber has a legal background and has been working for EVN AG for
13 years. In addition to his duties in the Secretariat General, he holds
various positions in the management of Austrian and foreign
