On December 15, 2011, Lins Wallpaper Limited, London, UK, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have exceeded the
3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 5.03% (this corresponds to 150,800 Voting Rights).

On December 16, 2011, Mr. Oleg Dzhagaev, Russia, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 5.03% (this corresponds to 150,800 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.03% of the Voting
