according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have exceeded the
15% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 12, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 15.01% (this corresponds to 450,423 Voting Rights).

to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
