On March 11, 2013, Mr Richard Radtke, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
_wige MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on February 13, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.5%
(this corresponds to 215818 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.38% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 118675 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Radtke.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 87048 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Radtke.
