Correction (withdrawl) of the release according to Article 26, Section 1 of
the WpHG dated April 5, 2007

On April 23, 2013, Mr. Franz Jürgen Schneider, Germany, has informed us
that he withdraws the release according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG dated April 4, 2007. Other than reported, his voting rights haven't
fallen below the 30% threshold of the Voting Rights so that there was no
basis for this release.

Correction of the release according to Article 41, Section 3 of the WpHG
published on April 16, 2002 in the newspaper 'Handelsblatt'.

On April 23, 2013, Mr. Franz Jürgen Schneider has corrected his original
release according to Article 41, Section 2 of the WpHG and has informed us
that via shares his voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach,
Deutschland on April 1, 2002 amounted to 35.39% (this corresponds to
1,061,646 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG 5.00% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 150,000
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr. Schneider from A.S. Création
Tapeten-Stiftung, Gummersbach, Germany.
