1. On November 28, 2013, Redline Capital Management S.A., Luxembourg,
   Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
   that via shares its Voting Rights on _wige MEDIA AG, Köln, Germany, have
   exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on November
   25, 2013 and on that day amounted to 16.94% (this corresponds to 1.920.283
   Voting Rights).

2. On November 28, 2013, Instacom International S.A. SPF, Luxembourg,
   Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
   that via shares its Voting Rights on _wige MEDIA AG, Köln, Germany, have
   exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on November
   25, 2013 and on that day amounted to 16.94% (this corresponds to 1.920.283
   Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
   the WpHG, 16.94% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1.920.283 Voting
   Rights) is to be attributed to the company via Redline Capital Management
   S.A..

3. On November 28, 2013, Mr. Vladimir Evtushenkov, Russia has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
   Rights on _wige MEDIA AG, Köln, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and
   15% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 25, 2013 and on that day
   amounted to 16.94% (this corresponds to 1.920.283 Voting Rights). According
   to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 16.94% of the
   Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1.920.283 Voting Rights) is to be
   attributed to Mr. Evtushenkov via Redline Capital Management S.A. and
   Instacom International S.A. SPF.
