Taaleritehdas ArvoRein Equity Fund, Helsinki, Finland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 4, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 3.147% (this corresponds to 965311 Voting Rights).

II. Taaleritehdas Fund Management Ltd.

Taaleritehdas Fund Management Ltd., Helsinki, Finland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 4, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 3.147% (this corresponds to 965311 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.147%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 965311 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Taaleritehdas ArvoRein Equity Fund.

III. Taaleritehdas Wealth Management Ltd.

Taaleritehdas Wealth Management Ltd., Helsinki, Finland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 4, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 3.147% (this corresponds to 965311 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.147% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
965311 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Taaleritehdas
ArvoRein Equity Fund.

Taaleritehdas Plc., Helsinki, Finland has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on aap
Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on December 4, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.147% (this
corresponds to 965311 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.147% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
965311 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Taaleritehdas
