On February 18, 2014 Argos Funds, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the voting rights on February 11, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 90,525 voting rights).

On February 18, 2014 Argos Investment Managers S.A., Meyrin/Geneva,
Switzerland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on February
11, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 90,525
voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of
the WpHG, 3.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 90,525 voting
rights) is to be attributed to Argos Investment Managers S.A. from Argos
Funds, Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
