according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 5, 2014 and on that day amounted to
3.43% (this corresponds to 1,051,922 Voting Rights).

according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting

threshold of the Voting Rights on March 5, 2014 and on that day amounted to
4.18% (this corresponds to 1,282,556 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.18% of
