Mr Joachim Schmitt, Germany informs according to Article 26, Section 1
Sentence 2 of the WpHG that his Voting Rights in own shares have exceeded
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 3.03% (this corresponds to 52500 Voting Rights).
3.03% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 52500 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Schmitt in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in VALORA EFFEKTEN HANDEL AG amounts to 3 percent or
more: Solventis AG, Solventis Wertpapierhandelsbank GmbH.
