Release according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG with the objective
of Europe-wide distribution

On March 3, 2015, Franz Jürgen Schneider-Stiftung, Cologne, Germany, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via its
shares voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, on
February 26, 2015 have exceeded the 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 % and 30
% threshold of the voting Rights on February 26, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 35.27 % (this corresponds to 1,058,146 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 35.19 % (this corresponds to 1,055,646 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Franz Jürgen Schneider-Stiftung according
to Article 22, Section 2 of the WpHG. Voting rights of the following
shareholders holding 3 % each or more in A.S. Création Tapeten AG are to be
attributed to Franz Jürgen Schneider-Stiftung: Franz Jürgen Schneider, A.S.
Création Tapetenstiftung.
