RS Group plc announces that Rona Fairhead, Chair, is now senior independent director of CVC Capital Partners plc , a listed company following the flotation of CVC on Euronext Amsterdam with effect from 26 April 2024.  Rona will also be Chair of the Risk Committee, and member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

This announcement is being made pursuant to 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules
