Trading Act) that via shares its voting rights on aap Implantate AG,
Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the voting rights on 29
October 2015 and on that day amounted to 13.30% (this corresponds to
4100000 voting rights).

Ratio Capital Management B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)
that via shares its voting rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany,
have exceeded the 10% threshold of the voting rights on 29 October 2015 and
on that day amounted to 13.30% (this corresponds to 4100000 voting rights).
