Appointment of CEO

Dispensa Group plc (LON: DISP), the holding company developing a portfolio of international luxury food brands, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alessandro Colombo as CEO with immediate effect.

Mr Colombo, 56, is a highly experienced executive who has held senior leadership positions within both public and private companies as General Manager and CEO. Most recently, Mr Colombo was the Area General Manager for Italy at Sonder, a leading hospitality group, where he was responsible for strategy and operations as well as delivering record revenue growth. Prior to this, Mr Colombo was Chief Executive Officer at IKB Corporate Lab, a joint-venture between UniCredit and IKB in the financial sector, and a Vice President in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he advised corporate clients on corporate strategy, M&A and fundraisings. Mr Colombo has also worked as a corporate finance manager at Swiss insurance company, Assura S.A. and as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co.

An Italian national, Mr Colombo speaks five languages, and has experience of working across mainland Europe and in the UK. He holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr Colombo's current and past directorships are as follows:
