Confirmation of Name Change to Dispensa Group plc
Following the announcement on 24 August, the Company is pleased to confirm that the change of name to Dispensa Group plc has been registered at Companies House and will take effect on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from tomorrow, September 15 2023 at 08.00am. At the same time, the Company's TIDM will change to DISP. Its ISIN (GB00BMWW8Q93), SEDOL (BMWW8Q9) and LEI (2138004DZOY3JWDX5Q49) numbers remain unchanged.
Dispensa Group plc's growth strategy is to acquire entrepreneur-led, family-owned, specialty food brands producing regional products of exceptional quality, which are not yet exposed to global markets.
