The Issuer Čakovečki mlinovi, Inc., Čakovec, Mlinska ulica 1, PIN: 20262622069 with the aim of timely informing the investment public, informs that the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) announced on its website on July 22, 2024 that the Competition Council considered the notification of the intention to implement the concentration of entrepreneurs resulting from the acquisition of joint control of on the permanent basis of the entrepreneur Mlin i pekare d.o.o., Sisak, Ulica kralja Zvonimir 24, PIN: 22260862756, Plodinec d.o.o., Stari Čiče, Velika Gorica, Ulica Seljine brigade 43, PIN: 93116812695, Allianz ZB d.o.o. for the management of mandatory and voluntary pension funds, Zagreb, Vjekoslava Heinzela 70, OIB: 58384724129, in his own name, and for the account of funds under management AZ mandatory pension fund - category A, PIN: 15220336427 and AZ mandatory pension fund category B, OIB: 59318506371 and PBZ Croatia osiguranje Inc. for the management of mandatory pension funds, Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, PIN: 20455535575, in its own name, and for the account of funds managed by PBZ Croatia osiguranje mandatory pension fund - category B, PIN: 99318944138, over the entrepreneur Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. and assessed that it can be reasonably assumed that the specific case is not a prohibited concentration in the sense of Article 16 of the Law on the Protection of Market Competition (Official Gazette 79/09, 80/13, 41/21, 153/23; LPMT).

Following on from the above, the notification of concentration is, in accordance with Article 22 paragraph 1 of the LPMT, considered permitted at the 1st level.
