NOTICE OF TRADING UPDATE: CHANGE OF DATE

Following the announcement of Simon Pryce's appointment as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 3 April 2023, RS Group plc will now release a pre-close trading update at 07.00am on Wednesday 5 April 2023.

The Company will announce its preliminary results for the year ending 31 March 2023 on 23 May 2023.
