Θέμα: Disclosure of remuneration of the counselors of the Board of Directors – Report of Company Administration

In relation with the above subject, we would like to announce the bellow mentioned incomes / remunerations of the members, administrative counselors:

• 1. Charis Charilaou: €18.000,00 salary per year, plus €2.000,00 per year for offered services as administrative counselor
• 1. Giorgos Constantinou: €2.000,00 per year for offered services as administrative counselor.
• 1. Marios Constantouras: €2.000,00 per year for offered services as administrative counselor.
• 1. Kleanthis Demosthenous: €2.000,00 per year for offered services as administrative counselor. Furthermore, €5.000,00 excl. V.A.T. for offered secretary services from the company Edem Secretarial Services Ltd which is connected with Mr. Kleanthis Demosthenous, plus any other charges which might occur in relation with legal services offered by him to Ch. Charilaou Group PLC.
