CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd (the "Company") announces that the Invitation for the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, that will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at 26 Byron Avenue, Laiki Capital House, 1096 Nicosia, and the Proxy are available on the website of the Company (www.clrif.com.cy), as well as on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy)

The Invitation of the Annual General Meeting has already been published in the daily press. Both the Invitation and the Proxy will not be sent to the shareholders under Section 128 of the Companies Law, Cap 113.
