CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd (the «Company») announces that the meeting of its Board of Directors for the examination of the consolidated financial results of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary companies) for the six month period ended June 30, 2014, which was initially set for today, July 28, 2014, is postponed.
Instead, the Company's Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
