INCITY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES PLACEMENT OF FIRST TRANCHE OF 2018/2023 BOND

  • Target volume of EUR 20 m achieved

Frankfurt am Main, 27 November 2018. InCity Immobilien AG has successfully completed the placement of the first tranche of its 2018/2023 bond (ISIN DE000A2NBF82) and has achieved the target volume of EUR 20 m.

The bond was placed with domestic and foreign investors as part of a private placement. There are no plans for a short-term increase of the bond for the time being. The bond is to be included in the Quotation Board (Open Market) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from 3 December 2018. The transaction was supported by MAINFIRST BANK AG.
