ANNOUNCEMENT

Re: Extension to the publication of financial information of issuers for Ch. Charilaou Group Plc

Regarding the above, we would like to inform the Competent Authorities and investors that due to the restrictions imposed by the Decrees issued under the Infectious Diseases Law to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, it has not been possible to complete the company's audited financial statements for 2020.

The company is taking all necessary measures to issue and publish its annual financial report for 2020 by around the 11th of June 2021.
