Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker A/S increases its shareholding in Ambu

According to § 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act (Værdipapirhandelsloven), we hereby report that today Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker A/S, Amaliegade 47, DK-1256 Copenhagen K has informed us that they have a shareholding of 792,598 B-shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and subsequently possess 6.7% and have a voting right of 2.9%.

Ambu develops, produces and markets diagnostic and life-supporting devices to hospitals and rescue services. Ambu has three business areas: Airway Management, Patient Monitoring & Diagnostics and Emergency Care.
