ANNOUNCEMENT

CLR Investment Fund Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that at its meeting held today, its Board of Directors approved the Group's Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements (where "Group" means the Company and the undertakings controlled by it) for the half-year ended 30 June 2021, attached hereto.

An excerpt of the Group's Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements will be published in PHILELEFTHEROS newspaper on Saturday, 2 October 2021. The Group's Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements will not be sent to the beneficiaries of the titles but interested investors may obtain, free of charge, a copy of the full text of the Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements from the Company's registered office, 1, Ayiou Prokopiou and Poseidonos Str., 1st Floor, 2406 Engomi, Nicosia. The Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements are also available on the websites of the Company (www.clrif.com.cy) and of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy).
