CLR INVESTMENT FUND PUBLIC LIMITED announces the following:

• 1. Profit warning 2021: The loss for the entire year of 2021 will be slightly greater than the loss announced for the first half of 2021 due to the impairment in the value of the Company's assets. The Company will therefore register a loss for 2021 as against a profit for 2020.
• 1. Impact of the crisis in Ukraine: The crisis in Ukraine does not have a direct impact on the Company's financial situation as it has made no investments directly related to the countries involved. The Company is assessing developments, especially with regard to their impact on the Cypriot and international economy.
