We hereby report that N.P. Louis-Hansen ApS, Gl. Strandvej 22 A, 2990 Nivå has a shareholding of 1,850,500 name registered B-shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and subsequently possesses 15.6 % and has a voting right of 6.8 %.
