Ambu's petition for rehearing of the decision in LMA patent case has been rejected by the United States Court of Appeals

In November 2010 Ambu submitted a petition for rehearing regarding the order of The United States Court of Appeals, dated September 21, 2010. The petition has been rejected, which means that the case will forwarded back to the San Diego district court. We are waiting for any further proceedings from the San Diego district court.
