Change in management of subsidiary

ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces, that Mr. Viktor Hladkyi will resign from the position of the Chief Financial Officer of LLC FIRM ASTARTA-KYIV, the Company's main operating subsidiary, as of the 31st of August 2023.

Mrs. Liliia Lymanska will become an Acting Chief Financial Officer of LLC FIRM ASTARTA-KYIV from the 1st of September 2023. Liliia has 20 years of experience in key areas of corporate banking at leading Ukrainian banks, including corporate client relationship management, sales, corporate lending, and restructuring.

Astarta expresses gratitude to Mr. Viktor Hladkyi for his long-term cooperation and contribution to the business development as well as wishes him further success.

The Board of Directors will consider his replacement as an Executive Director at the next Board meeting of ASTARTA HOLDING PLC.
