Financing from JSB "UKRGASBANK"

ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces, that recently stateowned JSB "UKRGASBANK" increased the credit limit to UAH1.4bn for Company's operating subsidiaries. The funds raised will be used to implement investment projects in the sugar segment and replenish working capital to support the harvesting and processing campaigns.

ASTARTA HOLDING PLC and its subsidiaries continue to cooperate with Ukrainian and international financial institutions to enhance its financial stability during the period of full-scale war. In 2022, JSB "UKRGASBANK" actively supported the Company's sowing campaign.
