INVITATION TO INVESTOR TELECONFERENCE

In accordance with DSV's Financial Calendar, the 2011 Annual Report will be published on 21 February 2012. The report is expected to be published before 8:00 a.m. CET.

DSV invites investors, analysts and others to participate in an investor teleconference on 21 February 2012 at 10:00 a.m. CET.

At the conference, which will be in English, Jens Bjørn Andersen, CEO and Jens H. Lund, CFO will present the annual report. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
