Adoption of a Decarbonisation Strategy until 2030

The Board of Directors of ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter the "Company") informs that the Company has adopted the Decarbonisation Strategy until 2030, which covers measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in its upstream and downstream operations by over 40%. Among key measures identified are reduced tillage and cover crops in primary agriculture, energy efficiency and switch to renewable fuels in production processes.

The transition to lower carbon processes focuses on the key emission sources in the Agricultural and Processing business segments and will be supported by required operating and capital expenditure in line with the Company's existing budgeting and investment policies.
