CLR INVESTMENT FUND PUBLIC COMPANY LTD (the "Company") wishes to announce that, at its meeting of 7 March 2024, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Marios Stellakis as new Independent, Non-Executive Member.

CURRICULUM VITAE

Mr. Stellakis is engaged in business activities and has a long experience in the provision of investment services. He has worked for the Cyprus Investment Firm Global Capital Securities & Financial Services Ltd as portfolio manager and at Argo Capital Management (Cyprus) Ltd as market consultant and analyst. He was previously employed by Noptor Ltd, where he was in charge of the development of a financial services software. He was the co-founder of the stock market company Parma Financial Services Ltd. He holds an MBA from the Graduate School Business University of Chicago in the United States and an MSc in Actuarial Science from City University in London. He graduated from Imperial College London with a BSC (first class honours) in Computer Science. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and holder of the Certificate in Investments of the British Institute of Actuaries, the Certificate in Actuarial Science of the British Institute of Actuaries and the Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. His programming skills include C#, ΑSP.NET, HTML, CSS, VBA IDE Visual Studio Database SQL Server, Transact SQ.
