New candidate for election to the Board of Directors of Ambu A/S

Following the notice convening the annual general meeting of AMBU of 21 November 2012, AMBU is pleased to nominate CEO Christian Sagild as a new candidate for election to the board of directors of AMBU.

Christian Sagild is CEO of Topdanmark A/S and Topdanmark Forsikring A/S and his current directorships include Forsikring & Pension and Finanssektorens Arbejdsgiverforening (the Employers' Association for the Financial Sector).
