Søren Ulslev takes up the position as COO at MT Højgaard on 1 March

On 1 March 2013 Søren Ulslev will take up the position as COO at MT Højgaard and also join the Group management

As previously announced was Søren Ulslev planned to take up the position as COO at MT Højgaard on 1 June. It has now been resolved that he will start on 1 March.

The new COO will be in charge of Civil Works, Construction and Project Development at MT Højgaard.

Søren Ulslev is 57 years old, a bachelor of engineering, and comes from PensionDanmark Ejendomme, where he is currently a director. He has previously been the managing director of Unicon and the managing director of NCC Construction Danmark.

Following this, MT Højgaard's Group management will consist of President and CEO Torben Biilmann (CEO), Chief Financial Officer Flemming Steen (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer Søren Ulslev (COO).
