ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces, that state-owned Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank Privatbank has signed a loan agreement with the Company's subsidiaries. The total amount of the credit limit is USD10m, which will be used for modernisation of the Company's agricultural and sugar production aiming to increase its export potential. The loan term is five years.
