Financing from JSC Credit Agricole Bank

ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces, that Joint Stock Company Credit Agricole Bank has signed a short-term loan agreement with the Company's subsidiaries. The total amount of the credit limit is USD10m, which will be used for working capital financing. The loan term is up to one year.
