CFO takes up position earlier than announced

As announced on 31 May 2013, the Board of Directors of MT Højgaard A/S has appointed Egil Mølsted Madsen as the new Chief Financial Officer of MT Højgaard A/S and the MT Højgaard Group.

It has now been agreed that Egil Mølsted Madsen takes up his position on 1 September 2013, which is earlier than previously announced.

In the meantime, President and CEO Torben Biilmann will handle the duties of the CFO.

From 1 September 2013, the Leadership Team of the MT Højgaard Group and the parent company MT Højgaard A/S will consist of President and CEO Torben Biilmann (CEO), Chief Financial Officer Egil Mølsted Madsen (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer Søren Ulslev (COO).

About Egil Mølsted Madsen

Egil M. Madsen has been the CFO of DAKO since 2011. In 2000-2011 he was employed at FLSmidth & Co., where he took on increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President & CFO, Global Customer Service. Egil M.
