In accordance with DSV’s Financial Calendar, the Company will publish its H1
2014 Interim Financial Report on 30 July 2014.

DSV invites analysts, investors and others to participate in a teleconference
on 30 July 2014 at 2:00 p.m. CET.

At the conference Jens Bjørn Andersen, CEO, and Jens H. Lund, CFO, will present
the H1 2014 Interim Financial Report. Participants will have the opportunity to
ask questions.
