NOTICE OF INVESTOR EVENT AND TRADING UPDATE

Electrocomponents plc (the 'Company') will be hosting an Investor Event for analysts and investors during the afternoon of 30 March 2022, commencing at 1.30pm UK time at East Wintergarden, 43 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5NX. Due to the Investor Event, the Company will release a trading update covering the period from 1 January 2022 to 25 March 2022 at 07.00am UK time on the same day. This will, for this year only, replace the Q4 trading update which is normally released in early April.
