In April 2011, Ambu issued 440,000 warrants and in April 2012 507,600 warrants,
each warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one Class B share with a
nominal value of DKK 2.50. 49 employees participate in the 2011 scheme, and 69
employees participate in the 2012 scheme. In both cases, the vesting period is
three years, and both schemes can therefore be exercised in the trading window
that opened on 11 November 2015 in connection with Ambu's Annual Report
2014/15.
