SSBV-Rovsing (Rovsing) enters a Distributor Agreement with the Chinese company
Shanghai KeLiang Information Tech. & Eng. Co., Ltd (KeLiang) whereby KeLiang
will undertake the distribution and sale of Rovsing's Power SCOE products for
tests of satellites in the Chinese mainland market.

In Rovsing’s effort to expand into main international space markets, the
Company has entered a Distributor Agreement with KeLiang for the Company’s
Power SCOE products.

KeLiang, a well-established Chinese supplier of terrestrial and space related
power testing and simulation systems, shall market, distribute and sell
Rovsing’s products, in particular the recently qualified Solar Array Simulator
(SAS) and the associated Second Level Protection (SLP) units together with
associated services like consulting, project design, commissioning, training
and maintenance as appropriate and requested by KeLiang’s customers in mainland
China. Rovsing’s SAS will compete with similar US built products, which
dominate the Chinese market today.

The agreement comes at a time where the Chinese space program starts a new 5
years plan, leading to a significant number of proposals and project decisions
over the next one or two years with deliveries envisaged for late 2017 ff. In
past years, the PR China has invested significantly in Earth Observation,
meteorological, and scientific satellites, which are the main customers for
customized test equipment.
