Changes to the Board of Directors at Rovsing A/S

The Board of Directors of Rovsing A/S has today appointed Michael Hove, member of the Board since October 2017, as new chairman of the Board. The former chairman, Jørgen Hauglund, continues as ordinary member of the Board.

The former Chairman Jørgen Hauglund says ”I am pleased that  Michael Hove, with his background from 20 years consulting in optimizing and growing companies has accepted to assume the chairmanship and continue to take a lead in Rovsing’s turnaround process. In recent months we have succeeded in strengthening Rovsing’s capital base, defined a new strategy, implemented a new incentive program, and taken important steps towards reducing the Rovsing’s cost base. Michael has been a driving force in that process, and the full board is now looking forward to continue the turnaround under Michael’s leadership”.
