Change of CEO at Rovsing A/S

It is hereby announced that the CEO of Rovsing, Cristian Bank, will resign from his position as from the end of March 2018 to take up a new position as Director for Programme Preparation & Development with The European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT).

Rovsing has already initiated the process of identifying and evaluating candidates for the CEO position. If necessary, steps will be taken to secure that a temporary CEO will be in place.

Under Cristian's management since January 2016, Rovsing has launched its new Solar Array Simulator, delivered EGSE systems to major Large System Integrators such as Airbus DS, Thales-Alenia Space, and Lockheed Martin, and implemented its new DSTE product line.

The Board of Directors of Rovsing thanks Cristian Bank for his significant contribution to the growth and development of Rovsing through a very challenging period and wishes him all the best and success in its new role. Over the past years, EUMETSAT has been a precious customer of Rovsing through its satellite programmes, and the Board of Rovsing is looking forward to continuing and furthersupporting this important business relation.
